Visions Resort & Spa

Deal bolsters total footprint of the development to 42 acres to meet ongoing sales demand

ORLANDO, FLA. – Following the recent ground breaking and record sales success, Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG), in partnership with Vertical Developments and Concepto Taller de Arquitectura, announced the acquisition of 15 additional acres to expand the landmark Orlando development Visions Resort & Spa. The enhanced footprint for the $170 million resort community brings the property to a total of 42 acres. The transaction closed for $3.75 million.

The new acreage directly abuts Visions Resort & Spa’s existing property and will be designated for Phase V of the development. Phase V will introduce 100 townhouses, of which 50 percent are now sold, and an 80,000-square-foot water park that will be open to the public. These components join an impressive master plan of 48 single-family homes, 132 townhouses, 180 condo-hotel units and 70,000 square feet of retail space.

“This strategic move to expand the project’s footprint furthers our ‘vision’ to create a vacation community of the highest quality in one of the U.S.’s top tourism destinations,” said Robert Thorne, CEO and founder of UNCG. “Our sales success is a testament to the ongoing demand to provide more opportunity to buyers seeking to own a part of Orlando’s excitement. We are appreciative of the ongoing support from the community and will continue to work toward making a positive impact in Orlando.”

Visions Resort & Spa is designed for short-term stays, where owners have the opportunity to rent their residence through the property’s exclusive hotel program. Offering a lifestyle with family travel in mind, diverse floor plans fit various needs of vacationers. Priced from $248,000, each turnkey residence will be delivered fully furnished and feature high-quality finishes, including granite countertops, Italian cabinetry, premium appliances and abundant natural lighting throughout. This makes every dwelling feel like home, while in the comfort of a premier hotel setting.

With wellness as a core pillar of the Visions brand, the property inspires a healthy lifestyle and optimal wellbeing, both within each unit and in the shared spaces. The residences will be complete with modern holistic elements, such as circadian lighting, grounding mattress toppers, Vitamin C shower filtration, and air purifying technology. This notion also extends to the endless amenities that await on property, intended to foster active living and social connectivity.

Upon completion, Visions Resort & Spa will boast a more than 10,000-square-foot Clubhouse with indoor-outdoor recreation, a movie screening room, designated kid area, an arcade, and more. Outdoors are spaces to relax by a resort-style pool with cabanas or play on a variety of courts, from pickleball to tennis. A meditation garden, Pilates and yoga center, and a state-of-the-art gym add to the mind-body-soul experience, while the Spa will be a sanctuary for rejuvenating massage treatments, BrainTap therapy and more.

Located just four minutes from Orlando’s main thoroughfare of Interstate 4, Visions Resort & Spa neighbors top-rated entertainment centers and theme parks, such as Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studio, Universal Studios and SeaWorld Orlando. Premium outlets, shopping and golf courses are also a short drive away, as well as popular dining and recreation districts.

Construction for Phase I and Phase II of Visions Resort & Spa is now underway, with anticipated delivery of the first residences in the last quarter of 2024.
