La Jolla based luxury vacation rental management company prepares to scale as Monarch Luxury Villas.
LA JOLLA, CALIF. – Vacation Rentals by Jenn, the La Jolla based luxury vacation rental management company specializing in premium villas throughout San Diego, has announced its name change to that of Monarch Luxury Villas.
Company founder Jennifer Hegemier stated the time had arrived for a name which "reflects our vitality in the sector and clarifies our brand moving forward. Monarch Luxury Villas does that."
Ms. Hegemier isn't stopping at a name change or site re-launch, either. She's also strengthened her staff and brought aboard a number of seasoned vacation rental professionals, including Michael Bolger, previously an Expansion Manager for onefinestay, to head Business Development. Ms. Hegemier continued, "I'm incredibly enthusiastic about our direction. I feel we're prepared to significantly scale our operations and to continue our momentum to the forefront for luxury properties in the San Diego area. It's an exciting time for us."
Originally created by Hegemier, following her 25-year career as an attorney, Monarch Luxury Villas will continue to bring superior luxury management service to its vacation rental owners, as well as provide for an outstanding experience for travelers through its 5-star concierge partnerships in the area. In addition, Monarch Luxury Villas will be partnering with equivalent vacation rental companies in both Palm Springs and Cabo San Lucas to market in those destinations with like-luxury properties. "We think it's important to offer our repeat luxury travelers alternatives, so we're excited about creating these partnerships in two sought-after leisure destinations, adding to our own inventory," Ms. Hegemier added.
The company has seen significant growth in the last four-quarters and plans on doubling its luxury inventory by the Spring of 2019. Monarch Luxury Villas will maintain its headquarters in La Jolla, California.
