SeaDream Yacht Club is an innovative, new yachting venture that operates the twin, ultra-luxury mega-yacht cruisers SeaDream I and SeaDream II. When originally introduced they soon became the prototypes of the casual and intimate yachting experience. SeaDream Yacht Club has built upon this legacy and today the two sleek and rakish SeaDream yachts are highly-acclaimed by discerning travelers seeking a unique seagoing experience and by travel industry buyers and observers everywhere.

In the summer months SeaDream I and II operate on scheduled sailings to small, seldom-visited yachting ports along the Mediterranean Coast, as well as to some classic European cities. Similarly, in the winter months the twin yachts sail in the Caribbean. These deployments are primarily seven-day sailings. The 2004 season vacationers will find s aide variety of sailings in the Caribbean and along the Mediterranean and in the Greek islands. Thinking ahead, in 2005 SeaDream will also feature some sailings in the Adriatic Sea and call on such ports as Split, Havar, Korkula, Yalta and Dubrovnik.

For the most part, both yachts sail on the same itineraries at the same time, with perhaps only the order of port-calls being changed. This is because SeaDream frequently charters one or the other yacht and accommodates previously booked guests on the alternative one during the same period.

SeaDream does not provide a cruising experience. It provides a true yachting experience featuring an open and unstructured ambience wherein guests sail with SeaDream at their own pace and in their own lifestyle. SeaDream`s guests are affluent, discriminating international travelers. Besides youthful and active individuals and couples, SeaDream caters to small groups of likeminded travelers and the yachts are also available for full ship charter for corporate meetings, incentive groups—or even individual families for reunions, weddings or other celebrations.

The SeaDream twin yachts accommodate no more than 110 guests in 55 lavish Yacht Club Staterooms. Some may be converted to double Commodore Club staterooms and there is one, super luxurious Owner`s Suite. Each stateroom features a marble-clad bathroom with amenities by the internationally-known company, Bulgari, and plush Turkish cotton bathrobes. There is also a multi-jet, massage shower unit and a light, magnifying mirror. Each stateroom also has a bar and refrigerator stocked with complimentary beer and soft drinks and bottled spring water. This bar can be stocked with guests` choices of spirits and wines at minimal cost.

Country of Registry for both SeaDream yachts is the Bahamas. Gross tonnage of each is 4260. Length is 344 feet. Beam is 47 feet. Speed is 17 knots. Guest Capacity is 110. Officers and staff and crew are international and number 89 per yacht. Both yachts are stabilized and full-air conditioned with individual stateroom thermostats and comply with SOLAS 2005 First Safety Standards.

SeaDream Yacht Club is the yachting venture by Norwegian entrepreneur Atle Brynestad who founded Seabourn Cruise Line, and Larry Pimentel who was president of Seabourn under Brynestad and later president and CEO of the merged Cunard and Seabourn. Pimentel is President and CEO of the Coconut Grove, Florida-headquartered SeaDream Yacht Club and a co-owner. Brynestad is Chairman. The company operates SeaDream I and SeaDream II, twin, ultra luxury, mega yachts that operate on seven-day sailings in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. The yachts are not only ideal for discerning travelers seeking an unstructured and casual holiday experience but also for small meetings and incentive groups or individual private family gatherings. They are available for full charter.

For the second straight year SeaDream I and II share the top Five-Star Club award in the Berlitz Ocean Cruising and Cruise Ships 2003 guidebook. In addition SeaDream features a pioneering NO STRESS, NO STRINGS, NO CANCELLATION PENALTY policy. This reassures guests that even in stressful times, they have the comfort of knowing they may change their SeaDream travel plans without penalty, knowing their investment is secure. This program is not only applicable for SeaDream sailings booked in 2003 for departure dates in 2003 but for 2004 as well.
