MUNICH, GERMANY – The Alps just got a little closer with "Sportalm," the latest addition to the myriad food choices in Munich Airport’s Terminal 2. With its mountain-themed decor and Alpine specialties, the restaurant features unusual seating in a gondola from a real ski lift with views of snowy peaks and rocky slopes, along with a lower-level sports bar area and upper-level sun terrace, love seats and lounge chairs. The second level will open in April.

Along with authentic, old-style coziness, sports play a leading role in Sportalm. While enjoying delicious meals, guests can follow live events on big screen televisions.
