Strategic partnerships are well under way in the Middle East with the one of Emirates with Lastminute.com to be in the spotlight. The two companies have signed an agreement which will be valid for 18 months on its first phase.
Under this agreement the variety of the hotels will be promoted through the emirates web site in the Book a Hotel field. In the first phase of the agreement the service will be only in English and clients will have the opportunity to pay in dollars, euro or pounds.
As the Executive Vice President Commercial Operations Worldwide of Emirates, Mr. Ghaith Al Ghaith said “We are very excited for cooperating with lastminute.com which will offer to our clients access to a variety of hotels around the world. The agreement allows Emirates to offer a unique online product and strengthens our commitment to provide our very best in services and facilities. We are confident that our clients will enjoy this new service.”
