Ryanair, Europe’s No. 1 airline, on September 5th opened its new base at Memmingen, its tenth base in Germany (No. 85 in Europe), and launched its Memmingen summer 2018 schedule with 6 new routes to Fez, Oradea, Seville, Stockholm, Thessaloniki and Warsaw, and extra flights to Alicante. Ryanair’s 19 routes in total will help deliver 860,000 customers through Memmingen next year, as it grows its traffic by 26%.
Ryanair’s Memmingen Summer 2018 schedule will deliver:
- 1 based aircraft ($100m investment)
- 6 new routes to Fez (2 weekly), Oradea (2 weekly), Seville (2 weekly), Stockholm (2 weekly), Thessaloniki (2 weekly) and Warsaw (3 weekly)
- More flights to Alicante
- 19 routes in total
- 50 weekly flights
- 860,000 customers p.a. (up 26%)
- 645* “on-site” jobs p.a.

Ryanair’s Memmingen summer and winter schedules are attracting record bookings, including a new route to Sofia, on lower fares as Ryanair passes on lower fuel savings, and an even better customer experience, as it continues to roll out its “Always Getting Better” improvements.
