SAN FRANCISCO – XOJET, Inc., leader in on-demand private jet charter services, and JetSmarter, the mobile marketplace for private jets, announce a strategic alliance that will combine XOJET's service and fleet operations with JetSmarter's digital distribution capabilities. As part of the alliance, XOJET has named JetSmarter as the exclusive digital distribution channel for the company's fleet of super mid-size jets. In return, XOJET program clients will enjoy access to JetSmarter's suite of benefits. The alliance represents the first time a leading private jet owner-operator has granted exclusive digital fleet access to a new technology player in the industry, resulting in an unparalleled supply of premium jets to clients of both companies.
At the core of the partnership is an XOJET-branded mobile app, powered by JetSmarter, which will allow XOJET program clients to book real-time charter on XOJET's fleet of Citation X and Challenger 300 jets. Additionally, XOJET clients can book shared charter flights, shuttle flights by the seat and take advantage of last-minute deals via the JetSmarter app. In return, JetSmarter members will receive real-time availability and preferred pricing on par with XOJET's Preferred Access and Elite Access program clients, available to book through the JetSmarter app.
