The new AVANI Hotel Suites & Branded Residences will total 527 keys, comprising 263 AVANI Residences and 264 AVANI Serviced

Scheduled to open in the coming months, AVANI Les Berges Du Lac Tunis Suites will be located in Les Berges

This USD 70-million resort development is a joint venture partnership between Minor Hotels and Cyprea Group.

AVANI Mauritius Bel-Ombre Resort & Spa will comprise 150 guest rooms, including 134 Standard Rooms and 16 AVANI Suites.

The property, formerly Tivoli Jardim Lisboa Hotel, is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment.

The property will operate under the group’s dynamic AVANI Hotels & Resorts brand as the AVANI Deira Dubai Hotel.
