NEW DELHI – BLS International Services Ltd, a global leader in outsourcing services for governments and diplomatic missions, announce the successful renewal of its agreement with The Embassy of Portugal in Moscow for the provision of comprehensive visa outsourcing services.
Under the renewed contract, BLS International will continue to manage and operate Visa Application Centres (VACs) in eight locations across Russia. These VACs are strategically situated to cater to the needs of visa applicants in Novosibirsk, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, and Moscow.

BLS International will provide vital multilingual information through its offices and website. Expert assistance in form filling, biometric data collection, timely data entry, and thorough document scanning will be ensured. Efficient handling of visa fees with transparent deposit, appointment scheduling, walk-in services, and interview date facilitation will be part of their offerings.
BLS International will prioritize security and quality control, overseeing secure application delivery to the Embassy, passport collection, and maintaining a robust security and vigilance system throughout the visa application process.
