SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio-based Presidian Hotels & Resorts closed a record-breaking year in 2014 with double-digit revenue growth, an average market share penetration index of 129.2 and multiple national awards including the AAA Four Diamond Award, Top Group Business Development, Highest Sustained RevPAR Index and Revenue Management Excellence. The company is also kicking off 2015 with an expansion of its management portfolio with two new San Antonio hotels.

Some capital improvements to enhance the guest experience at each hotel will be completed in time for the summer travel season.
