Delta Air Lines has signed a long-term agreement for Delta’s maintenance division, Delta TechOps, to provide maintenance support for Miami Air International’s fleet of five Boeing 737NG aircraft. Maintenance support services to be provided by TechOps include component repair and inventory management. Miami Air International is headquartered in Miami, Florida.

Aircraft reliability is a critical component of our ability to succeed in the competitive charter business. We selected Delta TechOps as our maintenance partner because of their technical expertise in both operating and maintaining the B737NG aircraft,” said Tom Ostendorp, maintenance vice president – Miami Air.

“With this agreement, TechOps reaffirms its commitment to growing its aviation maintenance services for next generation aircraft.” said Tony Charaf, senior vice president – Delta Technical Operations.
