Six Althoff properties install RateTiger for rate and inventory management

All six Althoff properties spread across Germany and France will use RateTiger channel manager for automated inventory adjustment on multiple third party channels to ensure real-time room availability at all distribution points while preventing overbooking.

COLOGNE – Germany based luxury group Althoff Hotel Collection has selected eRevMax’s channel management solution RateTiger for revenue optimization. Althoff properties will be using RateTiger Suite to manage rates and availability across multiple sales channels.

All six Althoff properties spread across Germany and France will use RateTiger channel manager for automated inventory adjustment on multiple third party channels to ensure real-time room availability at all distribution points while preventing overbooking. The rate benchmarking tool Shopper – which provides live alerts on rate changes and rate reports for up to 3 years in advance, will help the revenue management team to achieve rate parity and monitor competitor rates and sales position for price optimization and forecasting.

“RateTiger gives instant control over yield management, allowing hotels to handle more product types while automating the distribution process. The diversification of product and exposure is going to have a positive impact on hotel bookings. Our ChannelManager helps properties to optimize online revenue potential by distributing availability across all relevant sales channels through pooled inventory,” said Casey Davy, VP Sales, EMEA, eRevMax.

Althoff Hotels will benefit from eRevMax’s recently released RateTiger Suite 3.0 which sports a dynamic user interface and integrated channel management functionalities, and is designed to maximize usability and effectiveness. The hotel chain will be able to update rates and inventory at property level through RateTiger’s vast distribution network, whilst simultaneously monitoring and optimising channel performance, thereby improving both online bookings and revenue opportunities.
