Spain Select, the Spanish pioneer in the short-term rental of luxury properties, has announced its expansion in Valencia with 15 new apartments in the city center. These designer properties are available for daily and weekly rent, and can be booked on the company’s newly designed website.
The incorporation of these fifteen luxurious properties in Valencia’s city center, are representative of Spain Select’s ongoing plans to increase its portfolio of top-of-the-line properties throughout Spain.
Aimed at the business professional and the individual or family in search of an alternative to a hotel, the strategic increase in Spain Select’s supply of apartment rentals in Valencia reflects the increasing attractiveness of this Spanish city as a destination for both business and pleasure.
With regard to the announcement of these new properties, Spain Select’s president, Daniel Hermoso, said “our growth in Valencia is a key aspect of a broader expansion plan we are carrying out gradually in order to fulfill the increasing demand of luxury rental apartment in Valencia, while ensuring each and every new addition upholds our reputation of first-class accommodation and customer service”.
When asked about the decision to expand in this city, Mr. Hermoso pointed out that “Valencia is more appealing than ever thanks to the inauguration of the high speed AVE train in late December, which gets visitors there from Madrid in a mere 90 minutes, as opposed to the 3 hours and 45 minutes it used to take by train”.
Maximizing on Valencia’s location and climate, over 90 percent of Spain Select’s properties in this coastal city are top-floor apartments with terraces and each has been decorated with a Mediterranean flair and color scheme by a local interior designer.
