Klarent Hospitality announces new Managing Director of Transactions to support growth plan

Joe Green will be responsible for seeking and finding new investment opportunities that will add value-driving superior returns for the owners.

LONDON – Klarent Hospitality announced the appointment of Joe Green as Managing Director of Transactions to lead the hotel investment and management company’s growth plan across the UK and Europe, following its recent acquisition of Edinburgh’s landmark hotel, The Caledonian.

Joe joins Klarent Hospitality from CBRE where he worked for three years as Head of UK Brokerage, advising current and prospective clients on the hotel selling and acquisition process.

Before that he was Head of Transactions and Development at Amaris Hospitality, where he was responsible for building and managing a high-performing transactions team to oversee Lone Star’s sell-down of the Amaris Hotel portfolio.

Joe joins Klarent Hospitality to support the group through its ambitious growth plans to increase its footprint across the UK and Europe.

Speaking of Joe’s new appointment, Klarent Hospitality CEO Peter Stack said: “The hotel market in the UK and Europe has shown promising signs of recovery in 2023.
