New York, NY – Richter+Ratner (R+R), a prominent New York City hospitality, restaurant, and commercial construction management firm, has hired Richard “Bo” Wells as Project Manager.
“Richard’s construction experience includes managing large commercial and hospitality projects. He will be a valuable addition to our team,” said R+R’s CEO and President Marc Heiman.

Wells holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Prior to joining R+R, he served as Project Manager/Estimator, Project Engineer, and Superintendent for several national and regional construction organizations, including Structure Tone, BCBE Construction, The Beck Group, and NDC Construction.
