Perth Convention Bureau (PCB) has promoted Christine McLean to the role of Managing Director. Ms McLean has been with the PCB for seven years and has held the role of General Manager for the past two and a half years. She is also Company Secretary. PCB Chairman Graham Muir said Ms McLean’s appointment would allow for continuity within the management of the company.

“Christine has a track record of strong performance in her previous roles with the Bureau and has demonstrated that she has the skills to be successful as Managing Director,” he said.

“The Board of Directors is confident that she will bring a fresh and bold new direction to the Bureau.”

Ms McLean is an active member of the Australian School of Tourism and Hotel Management’s Industry Education Advisory Board (WA), the Australian Society of Association Executives (WA Branch) and sits on the Event Management Industry Advisory Panel.
