Following the completion of the programme, OA says it will present a new, modern and unified look with notable differences between economy and business class.
New seating providing more room and greater comfort is being installed in business class on planes servicing both domestic and international routes, with the aim of improving passenger service.
Leather seating will feature in business class in both the renovated planes but also in the new generation aircraft that OA will acquire within the framework of a fleet upgrading.
OA`s modernisation programme is intended, among other things, to:
Create a competitive, new product appealing to domestic and international passengers in economy and business class.
Increase turnover according to the forecasts of the company`s business plan.
Improve the interior look of the fleet and the quality of business class services.
Give OA a new corporate profile emphasising punctuality. It is hoped this will assist in efforts to alter the attitude of staff and put a greater focus on client service.
Create a better working environment on each flight.
