Buyitaly, the Italian tourist offer workshop organised by EXPOcts in co-operation with ENIT and Alitalia which took place on Sunday 15 and Monday 16 February, has been widely recognised. The two days that provided a huge opportunity for the Italian offer and foreign demand to meet registered an increase in the number of attendees and exchanges: 3,000 selected offer operators and 450 foreign buyers interested in the product Italy.



The event proved to be even more useful and effective thanks to the new E.MP Expo Matching Programme, the software developed by EXPOcts. This system is the result of three years of research and analysis of the organisation of trade fairs and workshops all over the world. But what is it exactly? The programme provides indications regarding the geographical areas and type of service required, and allows its users to plan the presence of the offer well in advance.



The EXPO Matching Programme, commented Mr. Adalberto Corsi, the President of EXPOcts, was proved to be a very precious tool, capable of outlining foreign buyers` requests with accuracy with respect to the Italian offer through a segmentation that allows organisers to provide a more rational match between demand and offer.



Certainly, this was shown to be a very effective organisational formula, that has been already requested by a wide number of foreign countries.
