Wizz Air will further expand its operations from Katowice International Airport with the launch of Brussels Charleroi, London Stansted and Malmo-Copenhagen services in Summer 2007. The three new routes come on top of the earlier announced 6 new destinations starting this summer. In total Wizz Air is currently offering 23 routes from Katowice, its largest operating base.

“Adding these three new routes Wizz Air offers the most extensive low fare network of all airlines in Poland. Katowice remains our no. 1 base. As in the past we will continue to enhance our route developments and market presence in the Katowice catchment area and additional new routes will be launched shortly, said Jozsef Varadi, CEO of Wizz Air.
