Suspension of operations for 2020 for Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort

Although the resort has fully complied with the hygiene protocols announced, crafting the most complete protocol, with international partnerships, the Miraggio Supreme Standards, it was decided to open again the next summer season.

Alexandros Giannakidis, CEO Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort, in Chalkidiki, Greece says, "as you already noticed, from the first moment the COVID-19 pandemic burst, we have handled the situation gracefully and we have been constantly updating you. Our responsibility, reliability and unrivaled hospitality have always been the triptych of our successful course.

Although the resort has fully complied with the hygiene protocols announced, crafting the most complete protocol, with international partnerships, the Miraggio Supreme Standards, in the context of taking precautionary measures against COVID-19, the safety of ourvisitors, employees and associates is of primary and dominant importance.

After mature thinking and weighing the unprecedented situation we face, combined with the uncharted waters of the disease’s progression and spread, and the growing trend of confirmed cases in neighboring countries, we decided to suspend our operation for season 2020.

In contrast to this unpredictable situation, our experienced team declares a strong presence, with a realistic plan for the operation of our resort and the optimal reception of all during the next summer season.

We want everyone to be relaxed and able to enjoy our unspoilt haven when we meet again, so we will take this time to prepare ourselves for that and welcome you again in 2021 doing what we do best… presenting forever memories!
