Interval International, an operating segment of Interval Leisure Group, has added Rimondi Grand Hotel & Spa Resort on Crete, one of Greece’s most popular holiday islands. Set on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea on the island’s north coast, the mixed-used community includes a proposed 137 fractional residences, with spectacular sea and mountain views.

The resort is comprised of one- and two-bedroom suites and two- and three-bedroom villas. All have spacious layouts that include a large furnished balcony or terrace. Interior decor combines traditional stone features with sleek modern conveniences such as high-definition plasma TV with cable/satellite service. A special feature of the villas is their separate lounge with kitchenette and private pool.
Named after the historic fountain in the heart of Rethymno – that still supplies freshwater via three stone lions – Rimondi Grand Hotel & Spa Resort is nestled in a traditional olive grove. The grounds are dotted with villas, apartments and hotel suites, with none being taller than two stories high.
Members purchasing five-week fractional shares have access to a secluded beach, swimming pool, and a wellness spa with an indoor pool and exercise room. There are several restaurants on site, as well as a mini-market. Members and guests also have access to hotel amenities, including room service and a 24-hour concierge.
