Stratos Jet Charters, Inc., a worldwide air charter agency, announced that upon request, they can provide jet charter service on private jet aircraft equipped with high-speed Internet access.
This new service was announced after Stratos Jets reportedly added several new Wi-Fi-equipped aircraft to its network of approved aircraft carriers. Stratos Jets, a leader in the air charter industry, now has the ability to provide wireless Internet on several private jet aircraft, including Citation X and Challenger 300 charter jets.
In a recent interview, Joel Thomas, President of Stratos Jet Charters, said that Wi-Fi Internet on private jets will add tremendous value to corporate charter flights by enabling passengers to access their laptops, smart phones, netbooks and other Wi-Fi devices in their "office in the sky."
According to Mr. Thomas, "The ability to access the Internet over a closed Wi-Fi network in flight enhances an already highly-efficient business tool. It reduces down-time for business travelers who can now stay connected with their home office, make last minute changes based on newly acquired information and conduct important meetings, web conferences and business dealings.

Mr. Thomas went on to say that since Stratos Jets agents have access to multiple private jet aircraft with Wi-Fi capabilities, they can provide their clients the best service and value for their charter flight on a Wi-FI-equipped aircraft.
He says that by providing multiple Wi-Fi equipped aircraft options for charter flights, Stratos Jets agents can also ensure that their clients are on the most appropriate aircraft that meets the specific needs of their jet charter flights.
