The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) has signed a new partnership with Holiday Group Inc., one of the largest Canadian distributors of luggage. Under the agreement, Holiday Group Inc. has created an exclusive six-piece luggage set bearing the ACTA logo on each piece.
“This is great news for our members. Not only does this partnership represent a new source of revenue for them, but it also contributes to the branding of ACTA, their Association. It also enhances the role of travel agents as all-inclusive travel service providers who truly cater to the needs and requirements of travellers. It positions travel agencies as one-stop shops for time-stressed travellers in search of affordable quality products and services, and thereby increases the value proposition of their services,” commented ACTA President and CEO, Christiane Théberge.
