The use of the specific price list is not obligatory but can be applied at the agent’s discretion in relation to each customer (permanent or temporary). The display of the price list in a clearly seen place in the travel agency, however, is considered to be necessary.
The “Service Fees” suggested in the pricelist are as follows:
Charges (apart from possible charges incurred by the supplier)
- Airline, Ship or Train tickets for destinations within Greece 1.000.- drs (2.93 euros)
- Airline, Ship or Train tickets for destinations abroad 2.000.- drs (5.86 euros)
- Hotels – Holiday packages within Greece or abroad fee per change 3.000 – drs (8.80 euros)
Cancellations (apart from possible cancellation terms of the fare or the respective supplier)
Percentage on the selling price payable to the travel agent 10%
Other Charges
- Dispatch fee for pre-paid tickets in addition to the fee charged by the company 10%
- Issuance of tickets of programmes Icarus, Miles, More, etc 6.000.- drs (17.6 euros)
- Hotel room reservations in or outside Greece 3.000.-drs (8.80 euros)
- Visa validations (besides any validation charges by the Diplomatic Authorities) 9.000.-drs (26.41 euros)
- Information up to 5´ (not payable in the case of purchase) 1.000.-drs (2.93 euros)
- Information up to 15´ (not payable in the case of purchase) 3.000.-drs (8.80 euros)
- Pick up / Delivery of documents within the Prefecture 1.000.-drs (2.93 euros)
- Pick up / Delivery of documents outside the Prefecture (according to courier company pricelist)
Tailor Made Travel Packages (not payable in the case of purchase)
- Individuals 15.000.-drs
- Groups 30.000.-drs
Credit Cards
Payment of ticket with the usecredit card through Airline UATP 2.000.-drs
