The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International’s (HSMAI) Travel Internet Marketing Strategy Conference, one of the most successful events on the annual event roster, will be held for the sixth time in New York City on April 19, 2006 at the Hilton New York.

Taking place in conjunction with TIA’s TravelCom, the Travel Internet Marketing Strategy Conference will feature a “state of the internet market landscape” which will include an aggregation of trends from multiple research reports. This highly interactive program will also include table discussions on hot topics including metrics, blogs, legal issues, and best practices.

A unique event, the conference is targeted to individuals who are in corporate and regional positions dedicated to internet marketing, and for those that want to learn more about this evolving medium. This conference will begin on Wednesday, April 19th and conclude with a networking reception that evening.

“The Internet and e-commerce are continually influencing and impacting our business, and to be truly competitive and aggressive in today’s marketplace, every sales and marketing professional in travel and hospitality needs to have an arsenal of knowledge and understanding to maximize its effectiveness,” states Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHA, president and CEO of HSMAI.
