  • Recognition of the respective professional designations that may be offered by the organizations and the granting of full credit, wherever possible and practical, to applicants for the purpose of accreditation and recertification.
  • The sharing of research data and information that is relevant and not proprietary.
  • The creation of jointly sponsored activities and events that will encourage interaction between the members of each organization.
  • The participation of the leaders of the associations in the major events of each organization.

“With the signing of this Reciprocity Agreement, members of the Japanese exhibition industry look forward to a closer exchange of information, ideas and inspiration with their counterparts in the United States, the largest exhibition market in the world,” said Tad Ishizumi, Chairman, Japan Exhibition Association (JEXA). “I am sure such an exchange will stimulate further growth and new business opportunities on both sides. Meanwhile, we welcome members of IAEE to visit our exhibitions in Japan and to discuss opportunities for even closer collaboration.”
