IAEE Women's Leadership Forum offers participants the motivation, inspiration, tools and resources they need to take their career to the next level while balancing life along the way.
DALLAS – Back by popular demand, the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) presents its Women’s Leadership Forum on 13-14 May 2014 in Washington, D.C. IAEE’s Women’s Leadership Forum is designed to focus on topics that are unique to women in the exhibitions and events industry, and provides women with the knowledge and strategies they need to succeed regardless of their age, individual situation or current position held within their company.
“This year’s program features established, successful female professionals who understand the challenges and goals that are unique to women in the exhibitions and events industry,” says IAEE Women’s Task Force Chair Jamie Hillegas, CMP, CEM. “It’s an exciting opportunity for attendees to focus and fine-tune their professional agenda with skills they can start using immediately upon returning to the office.”
IAEE Women’s Leadership Forum offers participants the motivation, inspiration, tools and resources they need to take their career to the next level while balancing life along the way. Guest speakers will focus on personal sales and branding, public relations training and how to interview in front of the camera, business etiquette, negotiations, and more, while earning six professional development hours toward recertification of the CEM designation or other industry certification such as the CAE, CMP or CMM.
