Valencia Group’s online marketing investment and commitment to digital produces positive impact on revenue

Vizergy honored with HSMAI Adrian Award on behalf of Valencia Group’s hotel portfolio.

JACKSONVILLE, FL – The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) has recognized Vizergy – Digital Travel Marketing with a Silver Adrian Award for digital marketing excellence for its Valencia Group entry. Valencia Group’s collection of hotel properties have seen a 38:1 ROI and continued positive growth across their entire portfolio since partnering with Vizergy less than two years ago. The Adrian Awards, now in their 57th year, is the largest and most prestigious travel marketing competition on the globe.

“Our Valencia Group hotels have seen positive results from our partnership with Vizergy through our collaboration of online marketing strategies, which has supported our revenue growth across our brand,” said Wendy Norris, Corporate Director of Revenue and Ecommerce.

ValenciaGroupValencia selected Vizergy to evaluate and improve their overall online branding and marketing efforts and design custom websites so that each of their unique properties can better engage and covert targeted travel shoppers.

Their competitive set was dominating the first search engine results page, and Valencia sought to take action to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings. Vizergy took a deep strategic approach towards improving SEO for their portfolio, and now the properties have first place rankings on Google and Bing for 24 additional keywords by implementing new website copy, meta search descriptions, and improving link building.

Below is a sample of Valencia Group’s data that supports how Vizergy’s Account Management team uses data driven marketing strategies to produce results that pay big dividends:

  • Almost 1,000,000 visits to all portfolio websites YTD
  • Over 45% of website visits attributed to SEO and PPC advertising
  • Almost $8,000,000 in revenue was generated YTD for all portfolio websites combined
  • 18% of website visitors were delivered to the booking engine YTD
  • 10% YOY increase in overall traffic to the corporate website
  • Almost 20% of total traffic is on mobile devices.

In addition to commending Vizergy’s award-winning work, the Gala and dinner reception honors lifetime achievement in travel/hospitality marketing, as well as the “Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing” recipients for which Vizergy’s VP of Sales, Robert Arnold, has been nominated and selected this year.
