Air Tahiti Nui joins TSA PreCheck program for expedited screening

Air Tahiti Nui

Air Tahiti Nui passengers enrolled in TSA PreCheck are advised to look for the indicator (such as TSAPRECHK, TSA PRE, or TSA Pre✓) on their boarding passes to confirm eligibility for expedited screening before their flights.

LOS ANGELES – Air Tahiti Nui announce its participation in the TSA PreCheck expedited screening program starting March 28th, enhancing the travel experience for its passengers departing from U.S. airports. With this addition, Air Tahiti Nui joins a prestigious group of airlines offering streamlined security procedures for eligible travelers.

TSA PreCheck is designed to provide an efficient screening process for low-risk travelers, allowing them to enjoy a seamless journey through security checkpoints at over 200 airports across the United States. Passengers enrolled in TSA PreCheck can keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, as well as leave laptops, 3-1-1 liquids, and food items in their carry-on bags, expediting the screening process significantly.

“We are thrilled to offer TSA PreCheck to our passengers, further demonstrating our commitment to providing exceptional service and convenience,” said Caroline Borawski, Vice President – The Americas at Air Tahiti Nui. “By joining this program, we aim to enhance the overall travel experience for our customers, making their journey smoother and more enjoyable.”

To enroll in TSA PreCheck, eligible travelers can visit tsa.gov/precheck to complete the quick online application. Following the online application, travelers can schedule a brief in-person appointment with their chosen TSA PreCheck enrollment provider to finalize the enrollment process.

Upon approval, travelers will receive a unique Known Traveler Number (KTN), which, when added to their airline reservations, grants them access to TSA PreCheck lanes at participating airports. Most new enrollees receive their KTN within three to five days, enabling them to enjoy expedited screening during their travels.
