Kuwait Airways selects APG as its online GSA in Morocco

Kuwait Airways commenced operations to Casablanca in June 2022 with three weekly flights on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Kuwait Airways, the national carrier of the State of Kuwait, with its hub at Kuwait International Airport, has appointed APG as its online General Sales Agent (GSA) in Morocco. Under the agreement, APG will be providing the airline with wide-ranging sales and marketing activities, as well as reservations and ticketing services.

Kuwait Airways commenced operations to Casablanca in June 2022 with three weekly flights on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.

The Director of Corporate Communication, Public Relations, and Marketing at Kuwait Airways, Mr. Khalid Al-Bustan stated, “Kuwait Airways is pleased to select APG as its online General Sales Agent (GSA) for providing and promoting sales development in the Kingdom of Morocco. This is due to APG’s extensive experience of more than 30 years of service in airline distribution around the world. The destination of Casablanca has always been of immense importance to our customers in their preferences, due to its popular touristic attractions as well as its historic and cultural landmarks.”

Al-Bustan added, “Choosing Casablanca as a destination complements the plans developed by Kuwait Airways to expand its network of routes around the world and to new and preferred markets that meet the aspirations and requirements of its customers. The selection of this destination came after extensive and systematic research of the feasibility, effectiveness, and profitability of this route to the company.”

Al-Bustan concluded his statement by extending sincere thanks to APG Sales officials for their cooperation and expressed hope that the partnership would be beneficial to both parties.

“We are delighted to be representing Kuwait Airways in Morocco and are very excited to be involved in the launch of the airline’s new flights to Casablanca” added Richard Burgess, President APG Network. “Our sales team in Morocco sees great opportunity for the new flights not only to Kuwait but also to onward destinations throughout the impressive network offered by Kuwait Airways”.
