Does Mount Kilimanjaro have volcano?

However, this shouldn't stop you from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and there is definitely no need to get scared since the volcano is dormant. According to history, the last major eruption from one of the cones (Kibo) was recorded 360,000 years ago.  Similarly, Mount Kilimanjaro has the last volcanic activity in 200 years ago.
