The 2014 Airline IT Trends Survey, co-sponsored by Airline Business and SITA, shows a continued, though modest, upward trend in IT investment by airlines. This trend mirrors not only the improving industry fundamentals, but also greater recognition of the value IT can bring to airlines and their customers.

This year’s survey also takes an in-depth look at the continued rise of mobile technology and further advances in self-service solutions.
