Visitor numbers to the third edition of 'Vive la France', the exhibition of French lifestyle and travel, were up by a record 26% this year.
More than 37,000 Francophiles visited Olympia between 18-20 January 2002 compared with 30,000 the year before.
Christian Lepage, UK Director of Maison de la France, said: "We knew the show was going to be bigger and better this time and the exhibitors were overwhelmed by the level of interest. It just goes to show that the British love affair with France is far from over."
