Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), VIRTU champions excellence with a goal for net-positive to drive change and record results through environmental preservation, social advancement, and economic prosperity (ESG) measured by UK-based FuturePlus, all with oversight by sustainability and wellness expert Lucy Brialey.
VIRTU is in the pipeline to join the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance (SHA) Accelerator Programme, poised to be a vanguard of sustainable luxury for its business practices and robust financial returns.

VIRTU is ready for growth with four projects in the pipeline – in rural Portugal, a Canadian mountain resort, on Northern Nevada lands and on the Fijian waterfront – with anticipated revenue streams from luxury property sales, hospitality and resort service and experience, lifestyle-medicine spa, private club memberships and e-commerce retail sales.
VIRTU derives distinction through culture and is formalizing alliances with Indigenous groups for development projects that respect their unique insights and ambitions for business, cultural and medical legacy and land use.
