Anahita Mauritius unveils Amalthea

Amalthea’s collection of 63 villas, duplexes and lodges has been conceived with the demands of the international buyer in mind: a leafy neighbourhood of residences showcases Mauritian architecture with a contemporary twist.

As Indian Ocean leisure property continues to be a successful and smart choice for private investors, the world class residential estate of Anahita Mauritius is proud to unveil plans for its new development, Amalthea, scheduled to break ground at the end of July 2013.

Amalthea’s collection of 63 villas, duplexes and lodges has been conceived with the demands of the international buyer in mind: a leafy neighbourhood of residences showcases Mauritian architecture with a contemporary twist. Space, light and the fusion of the indoors with the outdoors in the living areas embraces its lush surroundings. Natural woods and textures, neutral tones and earthy shades showcase a relaxed tropical and present-day Mauritian style.

Patrice Legris, CEO of Ciel Properties Ltd, the developer and promoter of Anahita comments: “Anahita is delighted to be offering purchasers another opportunity to acquire a home on the Anahita Estate. Having conducted extensive global market research, we are confident that Amalthea meets the requirements of today’s international purchaser from both a financial and lifestyle perspective.”

The central location of Amalthea means residents are in a prime position to enjoy all that is offered at this 213-hectare estate, including six kilometres of oceanfront shoreline; two exceptional resorts – Anahita The Resort and a signature Four Seasons Resort; and a world renowned 18-hole golf course designed by champion Ernie Els. The Amalthea homes will be fully serviced by the team at Anahita The Resort, allowing homeowners to enjoy all the facilities of a five-star hotel in the comfort of their own home.

At the hub of ‘Anahita The Resort’ is a lively central village, ‘La Place Belgath’, where an excellent bar, restaurants and boutiques, the ‘Our Space’ Kids’ Club, and Anahita’s Wellness Centre await. Homeowners also have access to the estate’s designated nature reserves, set in the interior of the island at L’Etoile and the Ferney Valley, which can be explored on foot, horseback or by quad bike.

Owners will have the option of entering into a rental agreement allowing proprietors to let their villas while away from Amalthea. Aylesford International and Savills are acting as joint agents for Amalthea at Anahita Mauritius.
