Destination Dining

Guests can take advantage of Banyan Tree Dubai’s seven sophisticated dining venues from world-class chefs. Diners can find their Ikigai at Tocha tea lounge and experience a calming Japanese past time. The contemporary Japanese tea house offers a unique and relaxing experience for all guests.

Visitors can experience luxury Japanese Omakase at TakaHisa, named in the Michelin Guide 2023’s Best Japanese Restaurant in Dubai, and taste a wealth of Japanese classics, including the finest sushi and A5 Kobe Beef.

For a creative culinary experience, visit Demon Duck – headed by the self-taught celebrity chef Alvin Leung. Demon Duck is Leung’s Middle Eastern debut, with his other restaurants being based in Hong Kong and Toronto. Alvin, notorious for his “X-treme Chinese”, will continue to reinvent traditional Chinese food at Banyan Tree Dubai – including slow roasted demon duck aged for 14 days. This dish is based on a traditional Peking duck recipe which dates back 600 years to the Ming Dynasty era.

Alternatively, guests can enjoy a stress-free post-beach meal at Alizee and Alizee Pool and Beach. Alizee offers a relaxed contemporary chic dining experience, perfect for a drink in the sun or casual meal.

Guests can expect live music and eccentric cocktails at Havana Social Club. The Havana Club is inspired by 1920s Cuba, with vibrant colours and an extensive curated collection of cigars and spirits. The Havana Club is the perfect place to unwind, or to dance to a soundtrack of cheerful Latin beats.

Leisure and Recreation

For a winter retreat, Banyan Tree Dubai hosts a plethora of leisure and recreational facilities including a fitness centre, beauty salon and award-winning holistic Banyan Tree Spa- the honey avocado healer is the perfect body conditioner after the icy winter months.

Guests can relax in one of the comforting three temperature-controlled pools or recline along the pristine 500m long private beach with views of the Arabian Gulf.

Bluewater’s Dubai offers convenient connectivity to the mainland by bridge and RTA Abras, allowing resort guests and residents to access the vibrant Jumeirah Beach Residences and Dubai Marina with an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Travellers can also discover the exhibits at Madame Tussauds and other attractions in the vicinity. On the island itself, a diverse array of over 150 retail and dining outlets awaits and the world’s tallest and largest observation wheel.
