DUBAi – Dusit Thani Dubai congratulates PAX Ristorante & Lounge for having been awarded the Certificate of Authenticity set out in the Ospitalità Italiana Seal Specification, under the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE.
After series of visits by the appointed auditing personnel from the Italian Chamber of Commerce and submission of pertinent documents, Dusit Thani Dubai’s PAX Ristorante & Lounge has been officially accredited for the year 2014-2015, joining the stellar list of certified Italian restaurants in the world.
“PAX Ristorante & Lounge has displayed its strong commitment to the use of original food ingredients and beverage products from the Italian territory, promoting the culture and the gastronomic traditions of the country, by highlighting these products in our menu our guest can truly experience the authenticity of the Italian cuisine”, shared Executive Chef Antonello Manca.
