MORE Family Collection collaborates with Federal Air on a new shuttle route that links Marataba Luxury Lodges to Madikwe Game Reserve.

JOHANNESBURG – MORE Family Collection announce a new flight shuttle route connecting Marataba Luxury Lodges to Madikwe Game Reserve in collaboration with Federal Air.

Starting 23 March 2024, Federal Air will introduce a new shuttle service connecting the Madikwe Game Reserve with Marataba Luxury Lodges located within the Marakele National Park. To improve connectivity within the Federal Air network, the Marataba shuttle times have been aligned with the Madikwe shuttle schedule for easy transfers between the two reserves. The updated departure and landing times at Thabazimbi Airport for Marataba ensures that guests can still enjoy their early morning and late afternoon game drives.

Marataba is a 23 000ha (56 834ac) privately managed section within the malaria free Marakele National Park encircled by the Waterberg Mountains with a wildlife diversity that includes the Big
Five. Guests have a choice of two luxury lodges – Marataba Safari Lodge with 15 Luxury Tents available (this includes four family tents) and Marataba Mountain lodge with five private Luxury Rooms set in the mountain.
