Golden Tulip Hotels Inns & Resorts is proud to announce that it has launched Amadeus` Dynamic Access, the next-generation application that creates a seamless connection between Amadeus travel agents and Golden Tulip Hotels, Inns & Resorts.

Amadeus, located in Madrid, Spain, is one of the leading global distribution system (GDS) and technology providers, serving the marketing, sales and distribution needs of the world`s travel and tourism industries in over 210 countries around the world.

Golden Tulip`s central reservation system (CRS), Goldres, is the first Pegasus-powered CRS to accomplish this successful move to the highest level of connectivity on Amadeus`s GDS.

Dynamic Access provides a real-time connection between a hotel`s central reservation system and Amadeus`s 64.000 agency locations worldwide. With this interface, travel agents, online travel providers and corporate clients connected to Amadeus, receive up-to-the-minute information and last-room-available inventory, eliminating the requirement to call a property directly. The result is that travel agencies can offer their customers more accurate information and greatly improved service. All Golden Tulip hotels participating in Dynamic Access will be specified onscreen to travel agents using the Amadeus GDS.

Mr. Glories, Director of the Amadeus Hospitality unit said: We are delighted that Golden Tulip has taken a pioneering role in the field of technology by upgrading its hotels on the Amadeus GDS to Dynamic Access. The technology increases productivity and profitability for both the connected hotels and the travel agents, online travel providers and corporate clients. In the current extremely competitive climate being up-to-date in technology can give companies the edge they need.

Hans Kennedie, Managing Director and CEO of Golden Tulip Hotels, Inns & Resorts, adds: At Golden Tulip, we strongly believe that innovation in technology will successfully lead our hotels into the future. We have invested heavily in 2003 to prepare our central reservation system Goldres for this upgrade to Dynamic Access and are extremely pleased to now be able to offer our franchisees the possibility to boost their position in the world of electronic distribution.
