Hotel Outsource Management International, Inc.: New contracts with Luxury Hotels

Hotel Outsource Management International, Inc. has announced that it has signed outsourcing agreements with two luxury hotels in Israel: the Dan Eilat Hotel in Eilat; and the Herods Hotel in Tel Aviv. These agreements are for the installation and operation of the company’s HOMI 232 computerized minibar system. In addition, HOMI has signed a complete outsourcing agreement with another luxury hotel, the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem, for the operation of that hotel’s existing computerized minibar system.

Dan Eilat. The Dan Eilat hotel is one of the leading luxury hotels in Eilat, Israel. HOMI will install the HOMI® 232 computerized minibar system in 375 rooms. The installation is scheduled to take place between April and May 2011.

Herods Tel Aviv. Opening in April 2011, the newly renovated Herods Tel Aviv hotel (formerly the Leonardo Plaza Hotel) will be transformed into a luxury theme hotel as part of a premium collection of Leonardo Fattal Hotels. HOMI will install the HOMI 232 computerized minibar system in 332 rooms. The installation is scheduled to take place during April 2011.

The David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem. The David Citadel in one of Jerusalem’s finest luxury hotels. On February 1, 2011, HOMI will take over the hotel’s existing minibar department and will start operating the hotel’s 384 existing computerized minibars (installed base).

Mr. Daniel Cohen, HOMI’s President, stated: "We are pleased to announce the signing of 3 additional contracts with luxury hotels, enhancing our activity in the upscale segment. We continue to focus on expanding HOMI’s business in our main target regions: the United States; selected countries in Europe; and Israel."
