Jumeirah and Proxce enter into a partnership that allows the luxury hotel chain to offer smartphone mobile check-in and more contextual experiences for the guest.
SUNNYVALE, CALIF. – Proxce, Inc. has announced the adoption of its Proximity Identity Manager (PIM) at the Jumeirah Group‘s hotels which boast some of the most luxurious hotels in the world. Proxce’s PIM will provide guests a more personalized experience through their smartphone such as mobile check-in and advanced location based services with many new features to be announced in the upcoming months.
Thanks to Proxce’s technology, guests will be able to upload profile information, associate existing profiles, experience real-time location based interaction with the hotel and Jumeirah can create contextual experiences based on each guests’ likes and preferences.
