Magic Holidays acquires property in Orlando, Florida

This is in sync with the company’s promise of acquiring one international property every quarter. The Panoramic Group plans to invest Rs. 1,280 cr to acquire more properties to reach a total of 100 properties in India and abroad.

MUMBAI – In keeping with its promise of acquiring one international property every quarter Magic Holidays, a leading player in the timeshare vacations sector in India, announced its acquisition of a property in Orlando, Florida, USA. The property is a 4 bed room condominium home in the Regal Palms Resort, Orlando, Florida. Situated close to Disney World, this property contains well-appointed rooms along with facilities like swimming pool, water slides, fitness centres, and restaurants and also a shopping mall and Indian restaurant within walking distance. This is Magic Holidays’ 38th property.

According to Mr. Hitesh Kshatriya, Chief Operating Officer of Panoramic Group which owns Magic Holidays says that the decision to buy property in the USA was a conscious move as this is one of the most popular destinations among Indians who travel abroad. “Orlando is very popular with Indians travelling abroad. Many people look for comfortable and affordable accommodation options when they’re travelling, that’s why we decided to invest here. The new property is situated in the heart of the Regal Palms resort and can also accommodate medium-sized groups. This is a place where luxury meets affordability. As the costs of living go up, investing in a timeshare vacation makes more sense,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Panoramic Group also won an award in the category of “Most promising destinations” in the Travel Trade Fair (TTF) exhibition held from 3oth August to 1st Sep 2013 in Mumbai. TTF is dedicated to following the globe’s latest travel and tourism trends, with a focus on serving the needs of its extensive B2B clientele. “This is a major milestone for us. It shows that we are recognized as a force to reckon with in the industry and that’s a huge motivator. This award is also testimony to the fact that we stick by our promise of ‘Unforgettable Times’. This promise comes along with the assurance of affordable and flexible holidays supplemented with assured booking of holidays in some of the best locations in India and abroad. An award like this is only the beginning, we are optimistic that there are many more such milestones to follow,” remarked Mr. Kshatriya.
