Marriott.com received a rating of 8.4 or excellent in the recently issued Online Customer Respect Study of the largest airline and travel firms. The study analyzes corporate performance from an online customer`s perspective. Attributes measured were simplicity, responsiveness, privacy, attitude, transparency and principles. This is the third year Marriott.com has ranked highly in the study.
