HONG KONG – One&Only Resorts and luxury resort wear designer Marie France Van Damme are collaborating for the third time on a new “City to Resort” collection, which will launch in October 2017. After two successful travel capsule collections, One&Only Resorts invited Marie France Van Damme to design an exclusive new collection for guests to coincide with the upcoming resort season. Like their two prior collaborations, the limited-edition collection will include 10 versatile resort wear pieces and an exclusive print. New this year, Marie France Van Damme will introduce a palette of silver and opulent fabrics.

The forthcoming collection will feature classic silhouettes designed to complement one another. Silk chiffon shorts and long tunics with matching swimsuits can be worn from the pool, to the beach, and then to lunch. Metallic dresses and skirts are perfect for New Year’s eve, barefoot at the beach, and can be worn back in the city with killer heels and lots of bubbles. A perfect little day dress is great to go off and discover the island, and can then be worn at the office during summer months.
Sold together or as separate pieces, the collection will be available as of November 2017 at all NEO boutiques, as well as in Marie France Van Damme‘s stores and on her website mariefrancevandamme.com. Guests of One&Only will have the opportunity to purchase the wardrobe in advance of their trip or choose to have the collection waiting for them upon arrival at the resort.

Marie France Van Damme, the Hong Kong-based designer known for her globally influenced line of luxury resort, swim, and ready-to-wear, introduced her first luxury resort wear collection in summer 2011. Her collection of resort wear can be found in leading department stores and boutiques worldwide including Harrods, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue and in her namesake boutiques in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Bangkok, London, Singapore and Phuket. She is well known for her ‘wear anywhere’ resort line, and the “City to Resort” collection is a further extension of her global chic style.
