Paige Management Group unveils three new venues and plans for nationwide expansion

New York-based lifestyle and hospitality company, Paige Management Group (PMG) and President, Matt Shendell, are excited to announce the expansion of its upscale sports bar and restaurant empire in Fall 2012. The brains behind the high-end dining and sports phenomenon, The Ainsworth, will be expanding nationally into the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas this September. While The Ainsworth heads West, Shendell’s vision for the growth of the PMG portfolio is also staying local in Manhattan, adding two new venues opening this Fall, Ainsworth Park and The Chester.

Paige Management Group is the powerhouse behind dominating New York City properties – The Ainsworth, Ainsworth Prime, 121 Fulton Street, Southampton Social Club, and its men’s appointment only custom clothing company, Windsor Custom – an elegant lounge space beneath The Ainsworth featuring a private bar, HD flat-screen television, pool table, and specialized tasting menu provides the quintessential setting for the stylish, discerning gentleman looking for a truly tailored experience. Paige Group is continuing its unique concept of sports-meets-nightlife with all new venues.
Combining bottle service with an upscale food & beverage program, The Ainsworth Las Vegas is one of the many additions to the renovations of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. The high-end sports bar and cocktail lounge will feature flat-screen televisions covered with two-way mirrors, presenting an antique-sophisticated finish. Guests will be unaware of the televisions unless there is a sports game being aired. During sports events, the menu will be small and charming, highlighting approximately ten signature plates with a pairing of Ainsworth specialty cocktails from the New York location, such as The Antique & The Pine. With the renovations at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, The Ainsworth Las Vegas will prove to be on-trend and ready to serve a new generation of sports tastemakers.

"We are excited to expand the Ainsworth brand nationally and Vegas is the perfect market to launch out West," says Matt Shendell, President and CEO of Paige Group. "The Ainsworth Las Vegas will fill a void and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas is a great partner for us, allowing tourists and locals alike to come together to celebrate their passion for sports and dining!"

Ainsworth Park and The Chester are prepared to bring the next evolution of the definitive hospitality experience to Paige Group’s New York roster. Located in the old Japonaise space on 18th street and Park Avenue, Ainsworth Park will execute the same concept of the flagship location in Chelsea, but with more of a corporate vibe. Catering to the East Side of Manhattan, the new Park Ave location will play host to both industry tastemakers and Gramercy sports-lovers. This 7,000-square-foot space will feature approximately 60 mirrored televisions throughout, teaming up with a 40-person seated patio. The restaurant will operate with a similar food & beverage program as its sister restaurant in Chelsea.

Amongst the many Paige Group venues, The Chester, located on 21st street between Park and Broadway will invade the Manhattan East Side revealing a new element of the Paige Group’s vision, a rustic style bistro focusing on a more fine-dining experience featuring an Italian-based menu. The Chester will bring a new concept to Paige Group’s portfolio along with a new dining crowd whom will enjoy something new and different in Gramercy.

"Ainsworth Park is an ideal embodiment of Paige Group’s commitment to defining the New York upscale sports world & hospitality experience," says Brian Mazza, Director of Hospitality for Paige Management Group. "The Chester is a unique concept for Paige Group. Not only are we offering a completely original and richly impressive bistro dining experience, but we are adding to New York City’s food culture by delivering a new culinary venture."

By Fall 2012, Paige Management Group will have eight properties under its umbrella, making it the epicenter of dining and nightlife for sports fans and foodies nationwide, just in time for Football season.
