The AAA four-diamond all-suite beachfront retreat takes planning outside of the box with fresh ideas, expert tips and engaging experiences, all at meeting planners’ fingertips with the resort’s interactive Meetings Imagined platform.

Beyond its private beachfront setting that is itself inspiring, Marriott Singer Island offers an expert team of planning and catering specialists who have developed distinct twists on the basic building blocks of meetings: setup, food and beverage, tech and supplies and experiences. All ideas are customized for each meeting and can be accessed by planners in need of some inspiration from the resort’s Meetings Imagined portal.   • Setup: Marriott Singer Island is fostering creativity through its versatile spaces and colorful meeting supplies. From meetings in the sand on its private beach to innovative condo-style accommodations and outdoor-style seating, guests are sure to be inspired by their surroundings for more productive, engaging gatherings.
  • Food and Beverage: From bright, refreshing cocktails with local twists to signature drinks and freshly baked cookies that double as tic-tac-toe boards, discover playful and interactive dining by the resort’s talented pastry chef.
  • Tech and Supplies: Never mind traditional writing pads. Marriott Singer Island is thinking tablet mirror displays, colorful brainstorming supplies and in-suite studio design that makes the most of technology.
  • Experience: Set the tone for learning and keep guests focused with an interactive personal chef during breaks, specialty bars featuring sake or bourbon tastings, and live entertainment during meeting transitions.

With more than 3,600 square feet of state-of-the-art function space, the Palm Beach resort offers groups an exceptional boutique meeting experience. Its seven flexible spaces accommodate gatherings of up to 160 guests and include the 1,631-square-foot Colonnade Ballroom, with its sleek, modern decor and separate pre-function area, and the sophisticated Flagler Boardroom, accommodating 12 for high-powered executive retreats. Outdoors, 23,850 square feet of event and meeting space is at the ready, including the expansive 2,170-square-foot Ocean Terrace for receptions of up to 300 attendees and the resort’s palm fringed, white sand private beach.
