BURBANK, CALIF. – Residence Inn Burbank Downtown treats guests to a more comfortable stay with the completion of a $2.5 million renovation.

The hotel in Burbank, CA, near Hollywood and Griffith Observatory, embarked on the extensive remodel project throughout its public and private spaces, creating an atmosphere as modern and stylish as its surroundings. Residence Inn’s designs paid special attention to every detail, from the furniture choice in the lobby to the shelving in the guest bathrooms.

Refreshed with all new vinyl, paint, marble countertops and chandeliers, the lobby sets an elegant yet comfortable tone for the hotel. Modern furnishings, impressive artwork, throw carpets and a tiled front desk facade blend style and function while brightening the space with perfect pops of color.

The hallways, stairwells and elevator landings also received a facelift during the renovation with new paint, vinyl, carpet, tile and drapes that emulate the lobby’s rich, contemporary style.
