Russian hotel group Azimut enters strategic partnership with ReviewPro

ReviewPro to help international Russian hotel group Azimut Hotels fine tune guest experience with its online reputation solution.

, the leading provider of online reputation and social media analytics for the hotel industry, is entering into a strategic partnership with Azimut Hotels, rapidly becoming one of Russia’s largest hotel groups with a growing international portfolio. The agreement inked byboth companies will help Azimut Hotels to effectively listen and respond quickly to online guest feedback, leading its properties throughout Russia, Germany and Austria to increased guest satisfaction indexes and revenue.

Operating in the mid-market segment, Azimut Hotels remarkable growth since its foundation in 2004 has outpaced all its local competitors and international hotel groups based in Russia. With 21 hotels and over 9,100 rooms in 12 Russian cities and in seven destinations across Germany and Austria (including Berlin, Munich and Vienna), its portfolio includes such emblematic properties as the Azimut Moscow Tulskaya Hotel, that only six months after its opening in November 2012 was included by CNN in alist of the best hotels in Moscow. Housed in a former 19th century factory, the Azimut Moscow Tulskaya Hotel has also been highlighted for its groundbreaking design and guest service by the leading design publication Wallpaper.
