Sandbars Inn, an award-winning hotel, opens for the 2018 season

The hotel has won major awards from many of the industry’s most notable travel experts, including a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, an Exceptional rating from Expedia, a Booking.com Guest Review Award and a HotelsCombined Recognition of Excellence.

NORTH TRURO, MASS. – Sandbars Inn, an award-winning beachfront hotel in North Truro, Massachusetts, will open for the 2018 season on Friday, March 23. The recently renovated 16-room hotel, which is pet-friendly, is on a private beach overlooking Cape Cod Bay. The beach, which is right outside the hotel doors, features picnic tables and a fire pit to give guests the ultimate opportunity for relaxation.

The hotel has won major awards from many of the industry's most notable travel experts, including a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, an Exceptional rating from Expedia, a Booking.com Guest Review Award and a HotelsCombined Recognition of Excellence.

Past visitors will notice recently renovated kitchens and bathrooms to elevate the guest experience. The bathrooms were completely renovated including all new tile, vanities, fully-tiled showers with clear glass doors, new shower heads, new hardware and new lighting fixtures. Additions such as vanities with extra storage space and built-in shelves in the showers add to guest convenience. The kitchens also received a face lift with new cabinets and a new over-the-range microwave.

Sandbars Inn is conveniently located just minutes away from Provincetown, the seaside town on the northern tip of Cape Cod. This historical town is known for being the site of the Mayflower's landing and is marked with the Pilgrim Monument and Museum. Other local attractions include a variety of restaurants, art galleries, specialty shops and the Cape Cod National Seashore.
