New 79-suite hotel opens its doors welcoming guests to the heart of Gainesville.
GAINESVILLE, GA – Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott Gainesville is now open. The new 79-suite hotel is built for travelers looking for a simple and friendly place where they can settle-in, keep their routine, and easily connect to the Gainesville area. Located at 1745 Browns Bridge Road, it will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by M5 Lodging, LLC and managed by Hotel Equities of Atlanta, Georgia.
